A little about me and my Company

I founded EAGER Environmental in 2021 after working over 20 years in carbon (greenhouse gas (GHG)) and environmental reporting.  

​

My breadth of experience extends from small organisations to multi-national corporations. I've worked predominantly across Australia and New Zealand with some, way back then, experience in other Asia Pacific regions.  

​

My adage is that good decisions can only be made on sound data supported by sound commentary and a clear audit trail. 'Prove it' and if you can't, 'Explain why' and then 'What can be done to improve'.  There may always be unknowns, but we always need to strive to change the unknown to known.

I believe in the worth and contribution of all. If you explain the importance and relevance of what everyone is doing, then you are acknowledging we all have worth as we strive for a collaborative and unified ambition with result.

I am focused, highly analytical, systematic and extremely adaptive in response to an assessed, applicable and worthy change - but sometimes it is what it is and we need to adapt.  I will always seek to simplify or improve.
